Users¶
Everyone who can open this workspace, with their role.
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Administrator | Everything, including billing, users and deletion |
| Editor | Configure base data and report configurations, run and export reports |
| Viewer | Open and export reports; change nothing |
| None | No access — the person stays listed but cannot open the workspace |
A role change takes effect immediately, in every open window: the affected session reloads its access rather than waiting for the next login.
