Report configurations¶
A report configuration is the recipe for one report: which data, which period, which filters. No configuration means no report — every dashboard shows an empty state until one exists.

What every type shares¶

| PDF language | The language the report's PDF is written in, overriding the workspace's PDF layout setting for this one report. The first option names the current workspace default — Workspace default (Deutsch) — so you can see what you would be departing from. The employee report carries it per time dataset, beside the disclaimer |
The Contact field belongs to the work and project reports only: those two are addressed to a client, so their PDF names a person on your side in the sender block. The employee and company reports print the company profile as sender and have no contact to pick.
Colors come from the active scheme in chart colors; they are not part of a report configuration, so changing a scheme restyles every report at once.
