Roles and permissions¶
A role is assigned per workspace, under users or bexio access.

| Administrator | Owner or operations lead | Everything: company settings, users, bexio access, billing, configuration, reports, PDFs |
| Editor | Whoever maintains the reports | Edit base data and report configurations, run reports, export PDFs |
| Viewer | Whoever reads the reports | Open reports and export PDFs; change nothing |
| None | — | No access; the person stays listed but cannot open the workspace |
A role change takes effect immediately in every open window — the affected session reloads its access rather than waiting for the next sign-in.
bexio permissions are separate
An mReport role controls what you may do in mReport. What mReport can read at all is governed by the bexio permissions of the connected account — see bexio access.
